I am very glad to offer guided meditations for individual persons or groups.

 

The goal of meditation isn´t to control your thoughts, it´s to stop letting them control you.

With the help of meditation humans can find the searched peace and the love in their heart.

 

Regular meditations lead to:

  • stable relationships;
  • deep and relaxed enjoyment;
  • easily let go negativity;
  • approach each other quicker;
  • better focus on your goal;
  • well-being;

 

Individual meditations

Duration:  0,5 - 1 Hour

Price:        40 €/meditation

 

 

Group meditations (up to 3 - 8 persons)

Duration: 0,5 - 1 Hours

Price:       25 €/meditation/person
